User Agreement

1. General

1.1.

This Agreement governs the use of [https://zareckaya.com] (the Website), owned by Svetlana Igorevna Zaretskaya (the Administration), including Business, Careers, the ZA Tools store and the user account.

1.2.

This is a public offer. Using the Website or registering an account means full acceptance of its terms.

1.3.

Purchases are governed by the separate Public Offer; personal data by the Privacy Policy; consents are given in separate documents.

1.4.

The Administration may amend this Agreement; the current version is available at the address in the footer. Continued use after publication means acceptance.

2. Account and access

2.1.

Account holders must be over 18 and have legal capacity, and must give accurate name and e-mail.

2.2.

The user is responsible for the security of credentials and for all actions under the account and must immediately report any suspected unauthorised access to info@zareckaya.com.

2.3.

Access is for one user. Sharing an account or passing access to third parties is not allowed.

2.4.

The Administration may restrict access without notice in case of breach, for security reasons or for maintenance.

3. User obligations and prohibitions

3.1.

The user undertakes to:

use the Website lawfully and in good faith;
not provide false information or impersonate another person;
not upload malicious code or unlawful information.

3.2.

The user must not:

scrape the Website, overload it or try to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
circumvent technical protection, access or licence restrictions;
send spam through the Website forms;
copy, reproduce or distribute Website materials for commercial purposes without the right holder's written consent.

4. Intellectual property

4.1.

All Website materials - texts, analytics, reports, methodologies, templates and tools, design, the ZA GROUP | ZARETSKAYA ADVISORY logo, photo and video, source code - are the intellectual property of the Administration or used lawfully.

4.2.

Use without the right holder's written permission is prohibited, except quotation to the extent justified by its purpose, with the author and source indicated.

4.3.

Digital products of the ZA Tools store are used under the licence granted by the Public Offer.

4.4.

If you believe that materials on the Website infringe your rights, send a notice to info@zareckaya.com stating the right infringed, a link to the material and documents proving your rights. We respond within 10 business days.

5. User content

5.1.

Everything the user sends through forms and enquiries is sent voluntarily, and the user warrants that it has the right to do so.

5.2.

The user grants the Administration a simple, free licence to use such content as needed to respond and operate the services. Publication with name and personal data on open pages takes place only with separate consent.

6. Nature of information and liability

6.1.

Website materials are informational. They are not an offer for individual services unless stated, nor individual advice, nor legal, tax or investment advice. The user takes decisions independently.

6.2.

The Website and services are provided «as is». The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose and takes reasonable steps to fix errors.

6.3.

To the extent permitted by law the Administration is not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit, or for third parties and third-party sites linked. For consumers these limits apply to the extent permitted by law.

7. Personal data, cookies and newsletters

7.1.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy; cookies under the Cookie Policy. Newsletters are sent only with separate prior consent that can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Governing law, disputes, contact

8.1.

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; the claim period is 30 days for businesses and 10 days for consumers; then in the court at the Administration's location, subject to mandatory consumer rights under the law applicable to the user.

8.2.
