You can pay by bank card (including cards issued abroad) and by other methods shown by the Robokassa payment service. The currency of the charge and any conversion are determined by the payment service and your bank; you see the final amount before you confirm.

You enter your card details on the Robokassa page. We do not receive or store them.

If the payment failed, try again. If the money was charged but you did not get the files, write to zarec.si@gmail.com with your order number.

These are digital Excel files, there is no physical delivery.

After the payment is confirmed, the empty working template opens in your account and the demo file with examples arrives as a link at the e-mail you gave at checkout. This usually happens at once, and no later than 1 business day.

Money for digital products is not refunded: files are delivered right after payment, and we cannot check whether copies were kept. Before buying, you can see the description, contents and screenshots on the product page.

We check every file before publication. If something does not open or works differently from the description, write to zarec.si@gmail.com: we will sort it out and fix or replace the file free of charge within 10 business days.

How to contact us: write to that address, give your order number and describe the situation (a screenshot helps). We reply within 10 days.
